Like all data here, it is not going to be offered for sale. I do need a way to contact you, though, to send you the link when your instance is ready. Fill out at least one of these or I can’t create your instance.
² If you already have an account on another instance, this is probably the most convenient option.
The TL;DR of the ToS: don't do anything illegal, don't do anything malicious. You should read the ToS since you can't get an instance without agreeing to it.
